A second opinion works best with a clear process — not rushed WhatsApp file dumps. This page explains the usual steps from first contact to follow-up plan.

    The team clarifies suitability, urgency, and missing records. If there is obstruction, perforation, or sepsis, emergency care comes first.

  • 3. Complete records

    Add pathology, imaging (disc/digital), endoscopy, and treatment summaries when possible. Gaps are filled together.

  • 4. Board / second-opinion review
