Return-to-activity table and surgery-specific question lists
Added a single patient-guide table for return to work, driving, swimming, travel, and intimacy by operation type. Major surgery pages now include “questions to ask your surgeon” blocks.
Navigation and locale-switch audit
Added missing Turkish topic pages and chapter language links for colonoscopy, spleen, soft-tissue, and achalasia. Fistula technique and major abdominal surgery subpages are now visible in the side menu.
Colonoscopy topic pages (TR + EN)
Dedicated preparation, procedure, and aftercare chapters with therapeutic polypectomy/stent/decompression content and screening cross-links. The Turkish overview page includes a physician approach block.
Stoma nutrition — fluid/sodium balance
Clarified ileostomy fluid guidance: hypotonic fluids, ORS planning, high output, and dehydration red flags — with matching EN copy.
Rectal cancer — TNT and watch-and-wait
Aligned TNT and watch-and-wait chapters with guideline language; softened wording that implied radiation for every rectal cancer.
