Not a treatment recommendation. Experimental or ongoing research does not by itself replace standard care.

For patients

What is being studied? Personalized mRNA vaccines after surgery are being studied to strengthen immunity and possibly delay recurrence in pancreatic cancer. This is early-phase research.

Why promising? Early signal linking personalized mRNA vaccine immunogenicity and durable T-cell responses in PDAC.

What is not proven? Randomized RFS/OS superiority; standard adjuvant role in a broad population.

Is this standard care today? This listing alone does not replace standard care; approval and guideline context require clinician judgment.

For clinicians

n=29 (16 vaccinated). Nature 2025 longer follow-up: longer RFS in responders (exploratory). Primary endpoint is safety.

Cancer / population: Pancreas — Rezeke edilebilir PDAC

Intervention: Cerrahi → atezolizumab → autogene cevumeran → mFOLFIRINOX

Primary endpoint: Güvenlik (ilaç ilişkili toksisite)

Limitations: Tek kollu, küçük n; yanıt–RFS ilişkisi nedensellik kanıtı değildir.
