How it works
The antibody can engage two targets while delivering a cytotoxic payload, aiming for higher selectivity and ways around some resistance mechanisms.
Translational distance
Key distinction: not every bispecific antibody is an ADC; not every ADC is bispecific. Zanidatamab is a bispecific Ab (not an ADC) — separate clinical card.

For patients

What is being studied? Some new drugs try to lock onto two cancer-cell targets and deliver a powerful payload. They are not all the same; investigational ones are not standard care.

Why promising? Dual targeting plus cytotoxic payload may add a selectivity layer in upper GI and other solid tumors.

What is not proven? Similar efficacy across all BsADCs; global standard approval in every indication.

Is this standard care today? This listing alone does not replace standard care; approval and guideline context require clinician judgment.

Site priority: very high. BL-B01D1 (EGFR/HER3) as example. Zanidatamab (HER2 bispecific) is not an ADC — do not conflate.
