Not a treatment recommendation. Experimental or ongoing research does not by itself replace standard care.

For patients

What is being studied? An off-the-shelf (not personalized) peptide vaccine stimulating immunity was tested early in KRAS-mutated tumors. It is not an mRNA vaccine.

Why promising? Measures safety and immune response of an off-the-shelf KRAS-targeted peptide vaccine in early clinic.

What is not proven? Survival superiority; phase III; same class as mRNA vaccines or superiority vs autogene.

Is this standard care today? This listing alone does not replace standard care; approval and guideline context require clinician judgment.

For clinicians

AMPLIFY-201 / NCT04853017 phase I completed. Amphiphile peptide + CpG; not mRNA or personalized neoantigen vaccine. Nature Medicine 2024 context; no phase III yet.

Cancer / population: Pancreas, Multiple / solid tumors — KRAS mutant PDAC ve diğer solid tümörler (protokol; AMPLIFY-201)

Intervention: ELI-002 (amphiphile KRAS peptid + CpG adjuvant aşı; kişiye özel mRNA değildir)

Primary endpoint: Güvenlik / immünojenisite

Limitations: Erken faz; etkinlik iddiası sınırlı; mRNA aşı kartlarıyla karıştırılmaz.
