Your written hospital instructions always take priority. This is a general reminder.
- I listed all medicines (including vitamins and herbal products)
- I received instructions about blood thinners / diabetes drugs
- I know fasting and clear-fluid times in writing
- Requested blood tests / ECG / chest X-ray are done
- Prior operative notes, pathology, imaging discs/reports ready
- ID, comfortable clothes, charger, glasses (if needed) packed
- Following smoking / alcohol instructions from my team
- I asked about anything unclear on the consent form
- Escort, transport, and parking planned
